We help companies retain their customers by predicting which customers will be unsubscribed and why. We thoroughly evaluate clients based on demographic information, purchase history, use of services and payments, etc. to create customer profiles and/or loyalty segments. We use a combination of machine learning and statistical models, which allow us to find patterns in the data that strongly suggest that a customer will probably unsubscribe. Each client is assigned a score or probability of unsubscribing. From this score you can trigger pre-determined marketing actions for each client, customer groups or loyalty segments.
